From Piraeus, cross the Aegean to call at Delos, mythical birthplace of Apollo and Artemis. Roam its extensive ruins, then refresh with an espresso or apéritif on nearby Mykonos. Step ashore on Naxos for a tour of its excellent antiquities museum, and on the lesser-visited Peloponnese, stroll the narrow streets of Monemvasia, "Greece's Gibraltar." In Mycenae, legendary city of Agamemnon, view treasures unearthed by Heinrich Schliemann. Call at Hydra, a haven for artists and writers, before returning to the mainland.
